HISTORY: It was a dark night on the roads of Ireland. Lost somewhere in the countryside, not knowing where they were going at all, and one small problem. A woman was pregnant. The male was driving as fast as he could, trying his hardest to find a hospital. The woman's breathing was coming faster, and she could feel the contractions coming closer together, she knew they weren't going to make it. The man had no choice but to pull over. He quickly moved his wife into the back seat and grabbed the spare medical kit from the trunk. The woman pushed and pushed while the man slowly eased the child from her. The man cut the cord and prepared the baby, tapping its behind to make her cry. When the wail finally sounded, they both sighed in relief. It wasn't over, though. As soon as the woman took the baby in her arms, a large shadow loomed over the car. It formed behind her husband, who was still leaning over the back seat, the door wide open, until it fully formed into the figure of a tall woman. Only her face could be seen, the rest of her body still a shadow. The woman said nothing, but the male moved. The wife knew what was happening, but she knew it was wrong. She was not of the shadow...Her daughter should be like her, of the water, but there was no stopping fate. The shadow woman placed her hand on the child's forehead and stepped back, nodding to the woman. "It is done," were her only words.
It all started in Ireland. Dublin, Ireland to be exact. Two strangers driving through, settling down and keeping to themselves. In a city like Dublin, most people don't notice, but two people did. The neighbors of the couple. They saw strange things through their window, heard screams and odd noises through out the night. No one knew what was going on with them, until their infant daughter was big enough to walk. The neighbors would watch her and the mother playing in the yard. One second she'd be the older woman would be with the girl by the pond, the next, she would just disappear, seeming to just sink into the waves of the pond with the girl, then reappear minutes later in a different place. The pair had no idea what was going on, but only one thought could go through their mind's, witchcraft.
On the outskirts of the city, the religious folk were still rampant. The pair began gathering followers, some more crazed than they were. The couple only had one choice, they had to get them and their baby out of there. Of course, it wouldn't be easy, as the girl was now three years old, and the wife was pregnant once again. They went as far as they could go, deep into the city, where they hoped no one would find them. But crazy cults were hard to outrun. They were found in the basement of a tavern owned by a friend. Three members were arrested for burning the building down. The family was called abominations, Witches, Devils, and most everything else a crazy person could think of. The mother and young daughter got away with their lives barely in tact, but the husband wasn't so lucky.
They took refuge in Scottland, where the woman had her second daughter, and continued to raise her children in peace, until she saw a familiar face one day in the market. They had lived in a small village where everyone was tight knit and no one really asked questions. But still, people talked about the strange family of females. Word got out, and the Cult headed for Scottland, surrounding the family house. This time, the mother was prepared. She hadn't fought back the last time, but this time she had. Using all of her powers of water, she fought back and was able to escape, but the cult was hot on her tail this time. For years, the family roamed Europe, trying to find a place to call home, but that all fell apart around the eldest girl's 13th birthday. They had finally settled in a small town in England. The girl had gotten friends, and was sitting for a nice birthday dinner when the door was busted down, two men in black rushing in. Everyone scattered but the mother and two girls. The youngest one was still too young to know what was going on, but the eldest had heard enough from her mother to know what was going on. She stood by her mother and fought. Her mother knew that the girl's powers might not be there yet, but she was trained in other skills. She had learned how to use blades and bows, was already skilled in them in just the few years she had learned. In the end, only one was left standing. Her mother was killed, as well as the men in black. The girl knew then what she had to do. Keep up her routine and protect her little sister at all costs. That was her mission.
She knew she would need more than just her skills to stop the threat at hand. They were on the run for two years until they were cornered in Korea. Trapped in an alley way, both girls had no where to run. The eldest had no fear, and even less when she felt a strange rush run through her body. She closed her eyes for a moment, taking hold of her sisters hand. When she opened her eyes, they were shrowded in shadows. A smirk crossed the fifteen year old's face before she held out a hand, pushing with all of her might. Shadows formed around it, pulling themselves off of the walls to obey her. She pushed harder then, and the men went flying. She knew then, that this was what her mother was taking about. The chase had gotten more interesting.you can sing along

Fingers stopped clicking and a laptop cover was quickly folded down, almost drowning out the sound of footsteps on the roof. A swift hand flicked, a small shadow quickly following it, flicking off the lights. When another pair of footsteps joined the first, the girl jumped up, blonde hair flying. She raised a hand, a large shadow appearing in the wall in front of her, she held her breath and ran in, coming out on the other side, into her sister's room. "Get your things, we have to go." The girl did not look the least bit shocked as she stood, grabbing two bags from beside her bed. She tossed one to the blonde, who caught it with ease. She strapped the bag tightly onto her back, one hand in it as she went for the door. She held her breath again and just listened. She jumped when she heard the footsteps closing in on the door. "Two of them. Just outside. Both male." The other girl nodded as the first girl reached into her bag, pulling out an arms length dagger.
With one quick movement she swung open the door, dagger raised. No one was there. "Jo. We gotta go." She slammed the door shut, shoved the dagger back into her bag, and grabbed her laptop, holding her hand out again. A bigger shadow appeared this time, going to a bigger destination. "This needs to end. Time for the Hunted to become the Hunter. Game on." With those words, her sister grabbed her arm and they jumped through the shadows, hopefully escaping to freedom this time.
