ABILITY DESCRIPTION:
Felix can mentally manipulate wood, vines, plants, fruits and flowers, even moss found in a natural field or habitat. She can cause plants to quickly manifest from the soil and wrap around a target, can mutate plants by rearranging DNA structure, and revive recently withering or dead plants.
She can use this power for traveling. She can create a bridge of leaves, allowing herself and others transportation, and make leaf constructs.
Felix can use her power for defense and support too. She can even rapidly grow plants from the ground and sprout seeds, or even use plant chemicals to heal people or objects or manipulate their properties for a wide range of effects. Weaponizing the plants allows Felix to grasp and strike continuously with vines and roots, project thorns at a distance, and quickly regenerate the withering weapons at her will. She can cause horticulture found, i.e. wrap of vines, to grow and climb around a target's neck, causing choking, or even strike with plants. A more subtle technique is to release damaging toxins and pheromones, affecting targets in which conditions should be treated quickly with ailments.
Limits
Rendered useless and inefficient in areas of isolation, seedless areas, and areas concentrated with infertile/barren soil.
High levels of radiation in a concentrated area may cause defects in the ability.
Temperature extremes, i.e. heat, cold, and elevations may isolate tamper with enhancement of effects.

HISTORY:
Felix was born into the family of the Bones' and Massaro family. Her last name was Massaro but when she hit puberty, she decided the last name of Bones was nicer. Her mother was a skilled Pyromancer, and her family was a Geomancer. She however only knew her father for a short period before him and her mother broke things off. Felix was blessed at birth by an Earth spirit and neither of her parents knew about it.
Felix, however, always knew she was different when she was growing up, that she had a special purpose in life, that she had been chosen for great things. The other kids always made fun of her because she was so intune with nature, and hated the very sight of meat. This was however before her powers activated. She always had a green thumb and was interested in th different types of plants when she was growing up. So when she turned thirteen and her powers activated she didn't notice at first.
Felix realized she had Fytomancy when she and her mother were in an outdoors restaurant and they were sitting near a small garden. The garden seemed to be screaming to her and she couldn't help but walk around the garden to what was wrong with it. When she was standing in the shadows a small plant was underneath a gigantic leaf and was getting no sunlight. So she reached out to the plant and with one touch the plant seemed to grow, instantaneously, much larger than the other plants.
Felix's mother watched this and told her daughter that she had been granted Fytomancy and she could help her master it. So she trained her in everything she knew about Fytomncy, which was limited knowledge. Felix learned the basic of her powers, and soon became a very powerful Fytomancer. Though she choses not to use her abilities for violence but it hasn't stopped her before. Felix is very skilled, she however is nothing compared to her siblings, when they master their powers of course.
Felix has now lives by herself in a large home with a very large and well maintained backyard garden. Which she uses to train in her abilities and develope new skills, such as herb making, and poison studies.you can sing along

RP EXAMPLE:Penny was walking the dark streets of Central City. it was near midnight, the perfect time to steal goodies, and not many people were about. Plus tracing the crime back to Penny was unlikely... This wasn't even her city they would be dumbfounded.
Pinwheels knee high boots were silent against the pavement the red one on her right leg and the black one on her left. Her black leotard tanktop exposing her belly button and her red bustier straped together with her horizontal black straps.
Pinwheels right arm covered with her tight black sleeve stopping above her elbow and being covered with a red sleeve and four seperate black diamonds that when combined formed a whole. And the opposite colored clothing covering her left arm, with the addition of two studded braclets on her wrist instead of one on her right wrist.
As Pinwheels walked into a dark alley way she smirked before jumping onto the walls of the building and climbing with incredible speed. She leapt onto the top of the roof top and sprinted over the city about two blocks, leaping from rooftops and swinging from zipline pinwheels. When Penny reached the Flash Museum she stopped on the building next to it and stepped back and ran forward gaining more spped before leaping into the air bracing herself for impact.
As Pinwheel made contact with the roof of the enormous building she slid in a crouched position on all fours toward the center of the building. Pinwheel then smiled as she pulled out a pinwheel and stabbed it into the building. The pinwheel then let out a stream of acid and melted through the building, leaving a gapping hole in the roof of the Flash Museum.
Pinwheel then gripped the edges of the hole she created and supported her weight as she flipped into the building without letting go and clung to the ceiling. Pinwheel then pulled out a smoke pinwheel and whipped it through the air watching it release a thin screen of smoke revealing lazers and causing a hoard of footsteps to approach her position.
Pinwheel looked around for the source of the lazers and shook her head before reaching in her bag and gripping an E.M.P pinwheel and shooting it into the computer source and watching the lazers quickly fade in and out of reality. Pinwheel gracefully dropped from the ceiling and walked over to the doorway in a sultry manner and leaned against the wall.
As three guards rushed to the door the first man pulled out a key card and swiped the card reader before dashing into the room and coughing while inhaling smoke and pulling out his gun. The others followed carrying night sticks and Pinwheel walked behind the man clossing the door before whistling, signalling the men, and jumping into action.
Pinwheel ran toward the man and slid on her knees under the first mans side open legs her back bent allowing her golden pigtails to trail through the air. She then pulled herself back to her feet and came in on the second guard leaping into the air and cleching her legs around his neck before twisting her body around it and falling to her knees while holding his arm,
Pinwheel then grabbed his wrist and twisted it quickly causing it to snap and removed the night stick from his grip and slashing it through the air connecting with his neck and slamming his body to the floor. Before Pinwheel could do anything else the first guard aimed his gun at Pinwheels head and fired one shot into her befroe taking a deep breath and going over to look at the body. Her silver belt shining in the moon light and flashing across the room.
As the guard turned around to look at his unconsious partner Pinwheels black finger nails began to extend to three inches in length and seemed to become more sharp. Pinwheel then slowly stood and came up behind the man before and wrapped her arms around his neck before breathing on his ear and speaking in a hypnotic and sexy manner.
"The securities more pathetic than the Gotham Museums"
Was the last thing he heard before he swung toward her head with his gun and Pinwheel ducked. She then swung her clws at his eyes causing his to retract in pain and look to his hands with his unharmed eye and gazing at his blood. Four slash marks covering his face. Pinwheel then brought her knee up into the guards groin and then her other claw in a slashing upper cut taking out the other side of his face. Pinwheel then slashed at his throat and his body dropped.
"Don't run...it'll only make me angry"
Penny warned the man who pulled out his walkie talky and began to speak but was cut off but a zipline pinwheel being wrapped around her neck and tightened as she spoke.
"Tell the others that everything was fine"
Penny ordered as she tightend her hold on his neck and her light blue eyes flashed devilishly, becoming icy and cold.
"Or else"
As Penny loosend the grip she looked to him and motioned her head toward the walkie talkie.
"Everythings fine in here, just a false alarm"
The guard stated in the Walkie talkie as the everyone else gave their say in the comment to show they were away and he then dropped his walkie talkie and looked away. In a mixture of shame, humiliation, and fear. His eyes filling with tears and his jaw tightening. Pinwheel then walked up to the man in a sultry manner and gripped his jaw and moved in closer.
"See that wasn't so hard...cutie"
Pinwheel stated as she pulled his face toward hers and moved in slowly for a deep and passionate kiss her white makeup covered face standing out in the dark. At first he seemed to oppose, then he began to kiss her back, and his fear and shame went away. Her dark red lip stick showing up on his lips before she pulled away and watched as he smiled at her and seemed to be drawn to her.
Pinwheel then gripped the boys hair as if she was gonna kiss him and threw his head backward into the wall. As his body fell limp she smiled before stealing his key card and gun and walking over and grabbing the other mans gun. Her little kissing partner wasn't dead just unconcious and he wouldn't tell, and if he did, he'd lie for her.
As Pinwheel walked through the halls she cocked her two pistols and opened fire on any guard who saw her and smiled as bodys were dropping like flies. As she made her way into the room full of priceless objects she witnessed the Cosmic Treadmill and other objects Flash...or his villains had used.
"Where do I begin??"
Pinwheel asked herself as she walked over to examine the objects and accidently dropped the gun she was holding and watching it bump into a glass case and after a short silence a load alarm went off. Red lights flashing in the dark room she rolled her eyes and groaned at herself.
"So much for subtle"
Penny stated as she looked around and listened over the siren to see if she heard police officers closing in. She didn't hear anything yet but she wasn't worried they wouldn't get the chance to arrest her and if they did she'd simply break out like before. No prison could hold her...she wouldn't allow it.
